Are you passionate about customer service and tea? Sakbat Chai is hiring for several positions at our tea shop in West Riffa, Bahrain. We are looking for energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Cashiers, Servers, and Tea Makers. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a growing team, we would love to have you with us!
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
- Take customer orders and prepare them efficiently with attention to detail.
- Print receipts and manage payments accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a great experience for our guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with the team to keep the shop running smoothly.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Strong proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Arabic (preferred, but not required).
- A friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and manage tasks efficiently.
