Responsibilities
As the Site Supervisor for ACP Cladding, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising daily site activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Coordinating with teams to ensure work is done according to project specifications.
- Ensuring the quality and safety of ACP Cladding installation.
- Managing resources, including materials and workforce, to ensure smooth project progress.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise on-site to avoid delays.
- Collaborating with engineers and contractors to meet project goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in ACP Cladding supervision or a related field.
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Are problem solvers who can think on their feet and handle unexpected challenges.
- Must be based in Qatar with a valid QID (Qatar ID).
