A leading Facilities Management Company in Qatar is urgently looking for a Female Secretary to support the Director. Responsibilities
As the Secretary for the Director, your key duties will include:

  • Managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintaining and organizing important documents and files.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Director.

Additionally, if you are a Messenger with a bike license, you may be required to handle courier tasks and run errands as needed. Your ability to multitask and stay organized will be key to your success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Native Arabic speaker with a strong command of English.
  • A degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in Facilities Management or similar industries is a plus.
  • Messenger experience with a bike license will be an added advantage.
  • Preferred: Indian nationals
