Responsibilities
As a Planning Engineer, your main duties will include:
- Creating and managing detailed project plans and schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinating with different teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Monitoring and adjusting project timelines to keep things on track.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to avoid delays.
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
- Preparing reports and presenting them to senior management for review and decision-making.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Construction.
- Proven experience in project planning within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
