As a Radiator Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating radiator parts such as tanks, side brackets, oil coolers, and air coolers. Your role includes interpreting drawings, ensuring precise measurements, and maintaining the highest standards in safety and workmanship.
2. Responsibilities
In this role, your duties will include:
- Fabricating radiator parts: Tanks, side brackets, oil coolers, fan covers, and condenser parts.
- Reading and understanding drawings and specifications to execute tasks accurately.
- Performing various welding techniques, including arc welding, tube welding, argon welding, and aluminum welding.
- Cleaning and repairing oil and air coolers using specialized tools and acids.
- Using measuring tools like vernier calipers, measuring tapes, and gauges to ensure precision.
- Testing for leaks and maintaining quality control during and after fabrication.
- Reporting daily progress to the workshop in-charge.
3. Qualifications
To be considered, you should have:
- A technical certificate in fabrication or welding.
- At least 3 years of experience in radiator fabrication or similar roles.
- The ability to read and write in Hindi or English.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Proficiency in using tools like shearing machines, bending machines, and other fabrication equipment.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills are essential to excel in this role.
