We are looking for candidates in the following roles:
- Draftsman: A male candidate with 1-3 years of experience in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and a Civil Engineering degree. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for construction projects.
- Mechanical/Electrical Design Engineer: A male candidate with experience in residential, HVAC, and plumbing design. You will be tasked with designing systems and ensuring they meet all necessary regulations.
- Assistant Maintenance Manager: A male candidate with Pre-Cast experience and a Mechanical/Electrical degree. You will assist in overseeing the maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- ERP Developer: A male candidate with expertise in AX Functional Dynamics. You will work on developing and maintaining the company’s ERP system, improving processes and workflow.
- Corporate Sales Manager: A male candidate with bilingual skills and experience in the construction industry. You will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships.
- Lead Purchaser/Procurement: A male candidate (Arab) with experience in procurement within the construction sector. You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials for projects.
- Assistant Account Manager: A Kuwaiti national who will assist in managing financial activities and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Cost Control Manager: A Kuwaiti national who will oversee cost management strategies to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Insurance Officer: A Kuwaiti national who will handle insurance claims and policies.
- Fitness Instructor: A female candidate who will specialize in working with children. You will help kids build healthy habits through fun fitness routines.
- Salon Receptionist: A female Arab candidate who will manage customer interactions in a salon, working flexible hours with a salary up to 450 KD.
- Purchasing Officer: A male non-Arab candidate with experience in purchasing cleaning supplies, security equipment, and uniforms (Non-F&B related). This role requires a valid driving license and car.
Qualifications: All candidates must have the required experience and relevant qualifications in their respective fields. Applicants should be living in Kuwait and have a valid residency visa (Visa 18 – Ahli). Immediate joiners are preferred.
