1. Job Responsibilities
As an Earthwork Foreman/Supervisor/Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating earthwork activities on the site.
- Managing teams to ensure work is completed on time and to high standards.
- Ensuring safety and compliance with all site regulations and safety protocols.
- Overseeing the preparation, grading, and excavation work for construction projects.
- Managing equipment and resources effectively to maximize productivity.
2. Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in civil earthwork, preferably in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of earthwork operations and equipment.
- Visa: A transferable Visa 18 is required.
- Location: Willingness to work at Saba Al Ahmed City in Kuwait.
