Location: Qurain, Kuwait
Salary: 250–300 KWD per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Overtime: Available (if required)

2. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing accurate information about our products and services.
  • Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Tracking customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborating with other departments to solve complex customer issues.

To be eligible for this role, you must have the following:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a customer service or call center role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
    • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to work well in a team.
    • Must be available for immediate joining.
