Salary: 250–300 KWD per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10 hours per day

2. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Tracking customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborating with other departments to solve complex customer issues.
3. Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have the following:
- Experience: 2-5 years in a customer service or call center role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
