Responsibilities: As a waitress, your key duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a positive experience.
- Taking food and drink orders and delivering them to the correct tables promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring proper food presentation.
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Friendly and approachable attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle busy shifts.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not essential.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
