We’re looking for a creative and talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize your ideas.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for various digital platforms.
- Develop user personas, user flows, and scenarios to guide design decisions.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to improve the user experience.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and best design practices.
- Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you need to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills and creativity.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
Desired Skills
It would be great if you also have experience with:
- Design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design.
- Understanding of analytics and A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
