Responsibilities
As a valet parking attendant, your main duties will include:
- Greeting guests and parking their vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring all vehicles are parked securely and returned to guests in excellent condition.
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with their vehicle-related needs.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the parking area.
- Coordinating with hotel staff to manage the flow of vehicles.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience as a valet parking attendant (preferred).
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts.
- No African nationals—local hire only.
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
