We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team in Manama, Seef. This is an exciting opportunity to lead training initiatives and help shape the skills of employees across various departments. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the performance and development of our teams, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to excel. If you have a background in training within Bahrain’s training institutes and a passion for developing others, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Create annual training plans for management, HR, customer support, and other departments.
  • Design and develop training programs, both outsourced and in-house.
  • Select and implement the best training methods, such as simulations, mentoring, and professional development sessions.
  • Market available training sessions to companies and provide all necessary details.
  • Conduct training needs assessments across the organization to identify knowledge gaps.
  • Stay updated on new training methods and educational techniques to enhance learning experiences.
  • Prepare and order educational materials and resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee skills and KPIs.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each session to improve future training.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts for instructional design.
  • Maintain training records and keep the curriculum database updated.
  • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal experts.
  • Oversee the management of in-house training facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in training coordination within Bahrain’s training institutes is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various training methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for employee development.
