We are looking for a skilled Tailor and Sales Lady to help provide excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities:
As a Tailor and Sales Lady, your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking accurate measurements, altering, cutting, and sewing garments to meet customer specifications.
- Assisting customers with fabric selection and providing advice on styles and designs.
- Pressing garments to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Managing and sorting clothes dropped off for cleaning, repairs, or special requests.
- Communicating with customers about stains, damage, or specific garment needs.
- Ensuring the shop remains clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- Handling payments and attending to phone calls from customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tailor and Sales Lady.
- Strong knowledge of garment alteration techniques, fabric types, and garment care.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of handling payments and phone calls.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
