Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve targets and develop professional skills.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in existing and new markets.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications

  • GCC experience is a plus.
