Job Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting high-end perfume products, and ensuring that the store runs smoothly. Your goal will be to offer personalized product recommendations and create an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll also contribute to the store’s success by maintaining inventory, merchandising products, and managing sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect perfumes and providing advice on scents.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products, offering alternative suggestions and additional products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Merchandise products according to sales trends and department manager guidelines.
- Ensure the shelves are neatly arranged and products are regularly replenished.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Inform the Department Manager of out-of-stock or underperforming products.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and trends to provide the best recommendations.
Qualifications
- Arabic speakers only.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in perfumes or cosmetics.
- Diploma or degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in high-end retail or luxury brands.
- Strong communication and sales skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
