Responsibilities
As a promoter, your main duties will include:
- Promoting and selling FMCG products (mainly food items like rice) to customers.
- Building strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and product knowledge.
- Engaging with potential customers to encourage product trials and boost sales.
- Representing the brand in a positive and energetic manner.
- Ensuring products are well-displayed and available for customers.
- Providing feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve service.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
- Basic knowledge of English; knowledge of basic Arabic is a plus.
- Locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.
- Previous experience in FMCG or food distribution is a strong advantage.
