Job Responsibilities:
As a Hotel Receptionist, your key duties will include:
- Welcoming guests: Provide a warm and friendly check-in/check-out experience for all hotel guests.

- Customer service: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Room assignments: Allocate rooms according to guest preferences and needs.
- Use Opera software: Manage guest information and hotel operations using the Opera system.
- Collaborate with staff: Work closely with housekeeping, management, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Experience as a Hotel Receptionist, preferably in the GCC region.
- Proficiency with Opera hotel management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
