Responsibilities: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and managing a team, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Scheduling and tracking deliveries, ensuring that goods arrive at the correct locations.
- Monitoring daily attendance, including absences and medical excuses, and reporting them accordingly.
- Coordinating with various teams to manage manpower and resources effectively.
- Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Providing technical support for vehicles and carpentry workshops as needed.
- Maintaining a professional work environment and fostering teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong supervisory and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Bahrain’s locations.
- Ability to schedule deliveries and track progress.
- Bachelor’s status required.
- A driving license is an advantage.
- Ability to speak Malayalam is preferred.
- Non-smoker and non-drinker (not even on occasions).
- Technical knowledge of vehicles and carpentry workshops is a plus.
