We are urgently looking for a professional and dedicated Life Guard to ensure the safety of guests and swimmers in pools and other water environments. If you are passionate about water safety and have the required certification, we would love to have you on our team!
Job Responsibilities:
As a Life Guard, your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring swimmers to ensure safety at all times.
- Responding quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR when needed.
- Enforcing pool safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment around pool areas.
- Performing regular equipment checks to ensure everything is in working condition.
- Assisting with pool maintenance and reporting any issues to management.
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all guests.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Royal Saving License (required).
- Previous experience as a Life Guard is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of water safety practices and first aid.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in emergency situations.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Physically fit and able to perform rescues and assist swimmers as needed.
