Responsibilities
As the Lady Receptionist/Cashier, your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving customer orders with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Dispatching orders accurately to ensure a smooth service.
- Handling daily cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash management.
- Managing customer orders efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
- Tracking and managing inventory stocks and monitoring day-to-day consumables to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in order taking and cash handling.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage cash, orders, and inventory efficiently.
