Job Overview
As a Junior Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our business by building relationships with clients, presenting our services, and negotiating contracts. You’ll work in a fast-paced and supportive environment where learning and growth are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually and during sales visits to showcase our services and build relationships.
- Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, creating tailored solutions for their needs.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and follow-ups.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on industry trends and network with potential clients.
- Review and assess sales performance, continuously seeking ways to improve results.
- Negotiate contracts and packages to secure deals and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A valid Bahrain Driving License is required.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any field, with a proven track record of success.
- Young, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
