Introduction
This is an excellent opportunity for an Instrumentation Sales Engineer to work with a reputable company in Bahrain. You will play a key role in driving business growth by meeting client needs, negotiating contracts, and providing technical expertise. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Review RFQs (Request for Quotations) and technical specifications to create detailed proposals.
- Demonstrate how the company’s products meet client needs.
- Negotiate and finalize sales orders, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Identify current and future client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Attend client meetings (virtually and onsite) and provide sales support.
- Travel to visit potential clients and develop business opportunities.
- Monitor progress towards sales targets and track performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage the team, including training, motivating, and performance reviews.
- Collect payments on time and follow company procedures for outstanding payments.
- Conduct market analysis, including competitor products and pricing.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings to network and stay updated.
- Provide technical support via TeamViewer and resolve client issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are in stock.
Qualifications
- Age between 30-35 years.
- Strong fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel across GCC countries.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be a non-smoker.
- Ability to manage teams and handle career development, grievances, and task allocation.
