Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain well-organized shelves and keep products fully stocked.
- Alert the Department Manager to any out-of-stock or slow-moving products.
- Display products effectively based on current trends and recommendations.
- Upsell and cross-sell cosmetics and related services to maximize sales.
- Handle the cash register and manage transactions smoothly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
- A background in cosmetics or perfume retail is a plus.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or brand-focused environments.
- Excellent communication and strong selling skills.
- Friendly, customer-oriented, confident, and well-mannered with a passion for cosmetics.
