Key Responsibilities
As the Guest Experience Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the guest experience team to ensure smooth, efficient valet operations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve guest satisfaction, aligning with our service standards.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with parking attendants, front desk staff, and clients to deliver excellent service at all touchpoints.
  • Analyze guest feedback and satisfaction data to drive service improvements.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain our high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies for a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, preferably in a management position.
  • Experience in valet parking services or similar roles in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, especially during peak hours or events.
  • Familiarity with guest management systems and hospitality software is an advantage.
  • A deep passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
