This is a full-time position based in Manama, Bahrain, where you will work in a fast-paced, creative kitchen. Responsibilities

  • Master chocolate tempering and molding techniques to create high-quality chocolate products.
  • Learn and grow in all aspects of chocolate and pastry making.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and take initiative in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the team to create beautiful and delicious desserts.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Regularly taste samples to ensure the quality of chocolate and desserts.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a dessert chef or in a similar pastry-making role.
  • Strong experience with chocolate tempering, molding, and creating chocolate-based desserts.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen, maintaining focus on quality and speed.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and dependable.
  • Passion for chocolate and candy-making, with a willingness to taste samples regularly.
  • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback with a growth mindset.
  • Must be a female (as per job requirements).
