Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting rental cars based on their needs.
- Car Rentals: Process rental agreements, including paperwork and payment transactions.
- Vehicle Management: Inspect and maintain the condition of rental vehicles.
- Reservations: Handle bookings and ensure that all cars are prepared and ready for customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Keep accurate records of rental transactions and vehicle availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in car rental or a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries.
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- A positive and friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers.
