Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team and various departments.
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all important documents are up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain office procedures.
- Take care of tasks like organizing events and meetings, including logistics and communication.
- Provide general support to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
