Responsibilities:
As an Electro Mechanical Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Installing, calibrating, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical circuits and mechanical systems.
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Interpreting design drawings and technical specifications.
- Working on outdoor projects requiring physical fitness and a strong attention to detail.
- Managing new projects, ensuring quality and precision.
- Handling rotating shifts and adapting to changing work environments.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale molten metal industries, with a preference for aluminum/steel cast house roles.
- A diploma in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Induction Furnaces, DC motors, and electrical starters (DOL, Star Delta).
- Hands-on experience working with overhead cranes.
- Skills in hydraulic system overhauling.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work rotating shifts.
