Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably with specialty coffee knowledge.
- A strong understanding of manual brewing, coffee tasting, and latte art.
- Knowledge of calibration and the sensory experience of coffee.
- Ability to craft a variety of coffee drinks, including cold brews and tea.
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
