Responsibilities
As our Corporate Chef, your role will include:
- Creating innovative menus and culinary concepts that reflect current trends and cater to our target customers.
- Ensuring smooth kitchen operations that align with the restaurant’s vision and standards.
- Training and mentoring head chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining the highest food quality and presentation across all locations.
- Managing kitchen inventory and vendor relationships, ensuring top-quality ingredient sourcing.
- Setting and managing budgets for food costs, supplies, and labor.
- Overseeing food safety and hygiene practices in all kitchens.
- Developing strategies to optimize profitability without compromising on quality.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with:
- European nationality (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef (mandatory).
- A Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in managing kitchen renovations or concept changes.
- Familiarity with current food trends and diverse culinary styles, including cultural and regional cuisines.
- A strong ability to manage quality control and ensure high standards are maintained.
