We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in sewerage and roadworks and enjoy managing construction teams, we want you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
As a Civil Foreman, your main tasks will include:
- Supervising and coordinating sewerage and roadwork projects from start to finish.
- Leading a team of workers and ensuring they meet project deadlines.
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Managing daily operations on-site and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Reporting progress to higher management and ensuring work is done efficiently.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Experience in sewerage and roadwork projects (required).
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and manage materials and equipment effectively.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
