Introduction
This is an incredible opportunity to work in an upcoming restaurant and lounge in Adliya, Bahrain, where we are looking to fill key kitchen positions. We are hiring talented chefs to join our kitchen team and help create outstanding culinary experiences for our guests. Positions available include Chinese, Indian, and Continental Commis roles, as well as Kitchen Helpers. Ready candidates with LMRA visas are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards.
- Follow the recipe guidelines and maintain consistency in quality.
- Assist with food preparation and organization in the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely service and high customer satisfaction.
- Support senior chefs in various kitchen operations, including inventory management and stock rotation.
- Contribute to menu creation, offering innovative ideas for dishes and presentations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Commis Chef (Chinese, Indian, or Continental) or equivalent role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- LMRA visa holders are preferred, but we are open to applicants with the right qualifications and experience.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-energy environment.
- A passion for cooking and delivering quality food to customers.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
