Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the carpentry team to ensure the production of high-quality doors, frames, windows, furniture, kitchen cabinets, bedroom cabinets, and interior fit-outs.
- Supervise and manage day-to-day factory operations, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to specifications.
- Use CAD/CAM software to design and manufacture carpentry products, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Prepare cost estimations for projects based on requirements and material needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of work.
- Ensure that the team follows safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Maintain and monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Carpentry Supervisor in the GCC region, with a strong background in managing carpentry projects.
- Proven experience in working with various carpentry products, including doors, frames, windows, furniture, and kitchen/bedroom cabinets.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for designing and manufacturing products.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering quality work on time.
- Ability to prepare project estimates and manage resources effectively.
