We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil. If you’re passionate about customer service and ready to join a dynamic team, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information about services and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and offering support as needed.
- Ensuring all calls are logged, tracked, and documented accurately.
- Managing customer concerns with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
- Adhering to company guidelines and maintaining the quality of service.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you should:
- Be fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.
- Have excellent communication and listening skills.
- Be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Be a quick learner with a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is an advantage, but not required.
- Must be able to join immediately (local transfers only).
