Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate sales, leasing, and customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and clarity.
- Promote and sell properties, guiding potential clients through the options and assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales & leasing; experience with property developers is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized university, or a similar professional qualification.
- A strong interest in the property market, with knowledge of local conditions, customer preferences, and current trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present information.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
