Job Overview

As an Assistant Manager – Soft Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of 40–50 staff members in the cleaning and housekeeping operations of high-rise buildings, hotels, and residential towers. You will ensure the highest standards of service, manage daily operations, and support the development of your team to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cleaning and housekeeping operations for high-rise buildings, hotels, and residential towers.
  • Lead a team of 40–50 staff, ensuring proper schedules, task assignments, and adherence to checklists.
  • Communicate regularly with staff, providing training and guidance on housekeeping best practices.
  • Address resident complaints professionally and promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Assess staff performance, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tracking usage and planning for future stock needs.
  • Ensure all cleaning and housekeeping standards are met, aligning with industry benchmarks.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to improve service delivery within budget constraints.
  • Conduct briefings and training sessions to ensure staff is well-prepared and aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in a similar role with a real estate developer background.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling resident complaints and operational challenges.
  • Experience in managing inventory and stock records.
  • Fluent in English, with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/SAP software is a plus.
  • A GCC or Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
