Key Responsibilities
As our Administrative Coordinator, you will:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize team productivity.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos, ensuring timely communication.
- Process and reconcile expense reports, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with project coordination, such as scheduling meetings, gathering materials, and preparing presentations.
- Maintain a well-organized office environment by ordering supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets, ensuring easy access and organization.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed, always ready to assist with new tasks.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate’s Degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, with a proven track record of being organized and efficient.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members.
- The ability to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
