We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin to join the Construction Division of a leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of high-impact projects and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the construction team.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare detailed minutes for future reference.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare and manage invoices and financial statements.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain records accurately.
- Ensure proper management of electronic and paper documents, keeping them well-organized and accessible.
- Monitor construction quality control programs to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Create and maintain required documents, ensuring all construction work meets company standards.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of office phone and email etiquette.
