Admin for Construction Division (Male)

Introduction of Job
We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin to join the Construction Division of a leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of high-impact projects and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the construction team.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare detailed minutes for future reference.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage invoices and financial statements.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain records accurately.
  • Ensure proper management of electronic and paper documents, keeping them well-organized and accessible.
  • Monitor construction quality control programs to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Create and maintain required documents, ensuring all construction work meets company standards.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of office phone and email etiquette.
