Job Overview

As an Admin for the Construction Division, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and supporting the construction team. Your efforts will ensure the smooth operation of our projects and maintain high standards of quality control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the construction team and other departments.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes to document key discussions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Prepare invoices and financial statements, assisting with bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain organized records, both electronic and paper, for easy access.
  • Monitor and support construction quality control programs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Prepare required documents and ensure the quality of construction work across projects.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and quality control is a plus.
