Job Responsibilities:
As an Accounts/Procurement Clerk, your duties will include:
- Managing general record-keeping and ensuring smooth business operations.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including basic bookkeeping and banking tasks.
- Preparing and processing bills, invoices, payment vouchers, and other necessary documentation.
- Handling purchase orders and maintaining accurate records of purchases and supplies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve costs, quality, and delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounts or procurement.
- A background in accounting or a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tally, and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
