Responsibilities

  • Accurately record financial transactions such as deposits, collections, and remittances in the ERP system.
  • Perform month-end tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger adjustments.
  • Analyze financial discrepancies and provide actionable solutions.
  • Generate financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to meet deadlines for accounting tasks.
  • Monitor expenditures, analyze revenue, and report budget variances to management.
  • Assist with budget preparation and managing expenses for assigned accounts.
  • Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and schedules.
  • Prepare VAT filing documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Follow company policies and regulations to monitor and record financial transactions.
  • Suggest improvements to existing accounting policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with banks, clients, and suppliers as needed for financial matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize assignments efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong knowledge of generating financial reports and analysis.
