We are currently hiring a Maintenance Planner to join our team and oversee the maintenance scheduling and planning processes in a dynamic work environment. If you have a strong background in plant maintenance and planning, we want you to be part of our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage weekly and outage maintenance schedules for power plants, petrochemical, oil & gas, and RO plants.
- Coordinate tasks based on priorities, system demand, and resource availability.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure smooth execution of jobs and manage service contracts.
- Handle material purchase orders and monitor stock availability.
- Analyze data and create reports for maintenance planning and decision-making.
- Use MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for scheduling, reporting, and presentations.
- Independently assess work sites to determine maintenance needs.
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning in power plants, petrochemical, oil & gas plants, or RO plants.
- A Diploma or B.E in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in plant maintenance and planning.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate situations and present the best solutions.
- English language skills are a must.
- Good physical health with no fear of heights, confined spaces, or vertigo. Must have good eyesight and no color blindness.
