We are looking for an experienced Account Controller to manage and oversee financial operations in our organization. If you have strong expertise in accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, this is your chance to take on a leadership role and contribute to the financial health of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls within the accounting department.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including risk assessments.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- Advise on financial decisions by setting policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations and procedures.
- Oversee fiscal management, including cash flow control and tax-related tasks.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations, set policies, and ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
