Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Keep shelves organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Inform the Department Manager about any unavailable or underperforming products.
- Display products effectively based on sales trends and recommendations.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and boost sales.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- Experience in retail (preferably in perfumes or cosmetics).
- At least 2 years of sales experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or branded products.
- Strong communication and selling skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and confident personality.
