Responsibilities: As a Foreman or Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising teams on WDD or WTD projects.

- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays.
- Coordinating with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with all project specifications.
Qualifications:
- For Foreman: Must have prior experience in WDD (Water Distribution and Drainage) jobs.
- For Supervisor: Must have prior experience in WTD (Water Treatment and Distribution) jobs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Previous experience in similar roles is a must.
